The Role
Stirling Park LLP has a vacancy for an enthusiastic individual to join our enforcement operations as a Sheriff Officer’s Assistant (Witness), supporting the Sheriff Officer to undertake their day-to-day duties to the highest standards within company guidelines, as directed.
Responsibilities
- Making enquiries with members of the public in order to assist the Sheriff Officers whilst executing their duties and to act in a professional manner at all times.
- To ensure the highest quality of information is obtained in accordance with client reporting requirements.
- To ensure that all required paperwork is signed on a daily basis.
- To undertake any duty as directed by Sheriff Officers to assist him/her in the diligent completion of their tasks.
- To undertake a share of driving duties (if applicable) when requested.
- To undertake telephone & online enquiries when directed.
- Maintain training, goals, work profile etc via a web based portal
- Other duties as directed
Accountability
The post-holder will report to an Operations Manager, based within our Kilmarnock head office.

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- Full, clean driving licence (preferable-not essential)

- Competitive salary – £23,400 basic salary per annum
